Sinigang sa Sampalok with Tamarind seasoning by Knorr is designed for preparing traditional Filipino sour soup, Sinigang. Preparation:

• Add the contents of 1 packet (22 g) to 1 liter of water.
• Bring to a boil and cook as needed until everything is well mixed.

Ingredients: Iodized salt, acidity regulator (E330), flavor enhancers (E621, E635), 5% tamarind, WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), thickener (E415), sugar, 1.8% taro, 1.6% tomatoes, onion, flavoring, palm oil, SHRIMP powder (CRUSTACEANS), spices (pepper oil, cayenne pepper), coloring (E150c).
