This 25g pack combines a blend of ginger powder, onion powder, and garlic powder with other seasonings to create a robust and flavorful soup base. Simply add it to water with your choice of meat and vegetables to enjoy a comforting bowl of ginger soup. Ideal for both novice and experienced cooks, this mix ensures that you can effortlessly create a delicious and aromatic soup that tastes just like homemade.

Usage Suggestions:

• Preparation: Mix 1.5 liters of water, the contents of this packet, 1 small green papaya (peeled, seeded, and cut into pieces, about 200g), and 500g of chicken pieces in a pot. Bring to a boil and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the papaya is tender. Add 1 bunch of chili leaves (talbos ng sili).
• Tip: If green papaya is not available, chayote can be used. Spinach, watercress, or moringa (malunggay) can be used instead of chili leaves.
